We ate at Crescent city Grill yesterday my wife had the fillet and shrimp tacos. I had the shrimp and lobster over angel hair pasta. Food was outstanding and Tina the bartender and also our server Was fantastic. Highly recommend. I had to walk next-door to Ed’s burger one of their other Restaurants to get the blueberry cheesecake pop Off the charts GOOD. I rolled to my car and went home and took a nap.

Ahi tuna, very good. Seafood crepes pretty good. Shrimp cocktail NOT WORTH AT ALL...kind of a joke. All over priced. Nice server.

Great food and excellent wait staff. The ambiance was cozy and delightful. Great place for a romantic candelight experience or a group outing. A little dark in our seating area but plenty of room and comfortable.

I ordered the Ribeye, one of the most expensive items on the menu. It came to me and was grey on the outside, and apparently they ran out of all seasonings because there were none that were added to what should have been a wonderful steak. I left most of it on the plate and finished my bourbon. The sevice was the saving grace of this mediocre restaurant. Very attentive and patient with the group. Overall disappointed with the food quality.

Fantastic food, great service, good ambience. Portion sizes were not consistent, although that's necessarily a bad thing, as it meant I was able to fit in a slice of Hot Buttered Pecan Pie, complete with a giant scoop of ice cream!

Always visit Crescent City Grill when in town. Love the fried (crab stuffed) mushrooms and crab cakes Orleans. Branched out this visit and got the Cajun enchilada. It was delicious. It's typically served with Dirty Rice, but I love their homemade fries, so I had them subbed. Oh, and save room for dessert and get the white chocolate bread pudding!

Our third time to eat at the Crescent City Grill while passing through Hattiesburg. We chose it at random 6-8 years ago and have made it a point to stop ever since. Always crowded but if there is a wait it is worth it. Great food, good service and a nice casual atmosphere. Usually lots of locals which is always a good sign in an area with lots of choices. I almost knocked a star off because this last trip our waiter seemed to be rushing us which is always an irritant. He was friendly and efficient and perhaps was new and just trying to be attentive.

Awesome kind beer collection! Southern Prohibition Brewery has there finest on tap there. Robert St. John is one the the best in my opinion. Wait staff are professionals. A place I could goto everyday.

So glad I stopped here on the way to Gulf shores. Was a little hard to find but I'm glad it was recommended to me. Waiter was super helpful and warned me that the Shrimp Etouffe is spicy. It was delicious!!! My friend's chicken dish also looked good. Fun atmosphere as well. Drinks looked good if that is your thing. Wonderful restaurant

Took my wife here for her birthday. I had the Shrimp Etouffee with a side of Seafood Gumbo. She had the Mardis Gras Pasta with a side of Corn and Shrimp Bisque. We also had stuffed Mushrooms and Crabmeat Wontons for apps. Over all we enjoyed the dinner. Was less than $80 bucks with a few adult beverages mixed in.

The steak and shrimp tacos might be the best thing I've tried on the menu. Perfect blend of spicy heat from the meats and cool crunch from the slaw. The dirty rice is delicious.

Simply delicious - we searched for a decent restaurant on our way through Hattiesburg, and luckily we found this gem! What a great place to eat - yummy food, terrific service, and not overpriced.

First time and overall not impressed. The food is overpriced for quality and presentation. The fried green tomatoes had to be the worst fried green tomatoes I’ve had at a restaurant. Luckily they pile it on with quality shrimp to make up for it. Whatever sauce they put on it just makes everything soggy and bland. They tomatoes themselves were not something to brag about. Also had the Po’boy and it was alright. Mostly bread. The shrimp was good. The fries not so much.

He allowed my friend a beer sampling. We started with stuffed mushrooms to which the horseradish sauce added the perfect compliment. I ordered shrimp & lobster angel hair pasta, and although the lobster was sparse, it was yummy. I'm not complaining. My friend had the fish if the day, sheep something with the Orleans topping and it was really good. I was determined to have dessert, white chocolate bread pudding, hold the raspberry sauce (personal request) and I was over the top. It was not traditional (no raisins) but amazing! All that, 3 glasses of wine and a ipa beer for under a bill. I wish we had a place to take our leftovers, such a shame to toss out. I'm stuffed, happy and hope we get the chance to return. Oh, and did I mention the bar was full at 8 pm. No wait, but the whole place was packed!

Great staff and accommodation. I've been here couple of times and both times I had a great experience. I love their shrimp and lobster pasta. They also have a crawfish menu during crawfish season. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. They have specials daily so check it out!

Hands down the most consistent restaurant in town. They have a great food menu as well as the best Beer, Wine and Bourbon menu in the state of Mississippi! Everything is fresh and locally sourced as much as possible. The staff is awesome as well.

My husband and I ate here last night on our way home and it was perfection. He got the Mardi gras pasta and I got the eggplant, we shared the apple pie dessert and also ordered an appetizer. Everything was delicious. My only regret is leaving my leftovers in the fridge as he just called me and told me they were delicious. The service, food, and atmosphere were definitely 5 star rated. While we live 3.5 hours away I will definitely take a detour to come back and eat again. This is most definitely a place I will want to eat at time and time again.

Outstanding service, a great recommendation on what to get for dinner and an extensive beer selection with four different brews featured on a $3 happy hour menu. Just wish I had ordered the dozen raw oysters as an appetizer first as they too looked wonderful.

Small sample size, tried the crab-stuffed portebello with a salad and two drinks -- I was very impressed! The attention to quality and details placed in the food was evident, I travel a lot and am in town for one more day, so I regret that I won't be able to try more dishes. The food was rich and filling, large quantity served. I was informed that the owner also manages/owns the neighboring restaurants which also have good reviews. They are doing something right here, worth a visit.

Off the beaten path from I 59 but worth it. There is not a noticeable sign on the building, it's on the back of the bldg which their parking lot shares with a strip shopping center. Staff is friendly and attentive. You can tell locals love it as 3 very elderly ladies were enjoying their meal and company. Heard a couple praising their past and present food. Corn and crab bisque, seafood gumbo, shrimp creole and creole fried chicken salad around $40. Great choice...

It was all good. Very, very good. I'm like the opposite of a vegetarian but they even cook their veggies so properly, I could eat here without having meat. Dessert was ridiculous too. Try it. You'll like it.

I travel to many different states often for work and this place is literally in my top three restaurants I've ever been to. The food and service is beyond amazing. Everything I ate was mouth watering.Here are three items you must have:Chargrilled Oysters - OMG the best I've ever had!Gumbo - filled with delicious Shrimp and crab Zydeco Chicken with Steamed Broccoli - I am literally coming here tomorrow to order the same exact meal. The mushroom and sausage sauce was amazingly flavorful and so was the grilled chicken. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!! Very delicious!

wow the service is amazing. Anna was a sweetheart. the place is beautiful and the food was great. had the cajun alligator pasta. it's so HUGE. the boudin and shrimp fritters with remoulade are amazing and they removed them from our bill because they came out after our food! the manager/owner/idk came out to talk to us too. lovely place. tons of alcohol choices. local, regional, and domestic drafts. wine list too. they have bottles and cans as well. full bar! dinner came out to less than 70 dollars with 4 beers and 2 entrees plus 20% tip.

This place is one of the best restaurants in hattiesburg. First time here in 23 yrs and it has only gotten better than I remember. If you have never been, treat yourself and go there. This is a Prime Rib sandwich with fries. Also salad and coffee. Total 22 dollars.
